The O Quy Ho Tea Hill Ecological Urban Area Project (EcoSapa) covers an area of approximately 29.3 hectares, with a total investment of over 2,400 billion VND, invested by Hong Phong One Member Limited Liability Company for Investment and Development and Ecopark Hai Duong Investment Joint Stock Company.
The project is planned to be developed according to an ecological urban model, combining residential space with commercial services and high-end resort tourism.
The project will provide 65 townhouses and 293 luxury resort villas, along with six complexes of commercial centres and hotels with approximately 300 rooms meeting five-star standards, creating leverage for the locality’s economic development in general and tourism services in particular.
Notably, the internal education system includes an inter-level school (primary and lower secondary) and a high-quality kindergarten, ensuring a comprehensive development environment for residents’ children.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Hoang Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, highly appreciated and acknowledged the investor’s determination in implementing the project in accordance with the approved investment policy. To date, the project has completed procedures related to finance, planning, design documentation, and construction permits, ensuring it meets all conditions for commencement in compliance with regulations.
This demonstrates the seriousness and professionalism of the investor, while also affirming the determination and support of Lao Cai province in improving the investment and business environment.
