The event, led by Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Phan Van Mai, began with a special tea party, featuring Vietnamese flavours.
The meeting aimed to create a playing field for the city and its international partners, who have accompanied the southern metropolis in the process of social and economic development for the coming time, especially in the sectors of green growth and circular economy.
At the meeting, international and domestic delegates shared many experiences on green growth and circular economy, such as building policies, strategies, solutions, green growth models, and management models of industry, technology, finance, human resources, environmental protection, environmental pollution control and green consumption.
They also proposed ideas, solutions, methods and specific projects to cooperate with the city in the near future.
