Nhan Dan Newspaper’s special supplement featuring the draft documents for the upcoming 14th National Party Congress was distributed to the Cultural Post Office of Bat Trang Commune, Ha Noi on October 28.

As part of a collaborative initiative between Viet Nam Post and Nhan Dan Newspaper, the supplement will also be delivered to more than 7,100 postal-cultural commune points across the country, ensuring widespread public access.

Speaking at the handover ceremony in Bat Trang Commune, Chu Quang Hao, General Director of Viet Nam Post, introduced the Party’s policy of publishing the draft documents for public consultation. He underscored the importance of distributing the supplement nationwide via the postal system, enabling citizens from all walks of life to engage with the Congress materials.

Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Party Central Committee (PCC), Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the PCC Commission for Communication, Education and Mobilisation, and President of the Viet Nam Journalists Association, noted that in addition to the full text, the supplement highlights 18 key updates in the draft documents to support public understanding and study.

To further encourage civic participation, the printed supplement includes QR codes allowing readers to scan and submit feedback directly through a digital platform. All public contributions will be compiled and forwarded to the PCC for consideration.

On this occasion, Nhan Dan Newspaper also presented its previous commemorative editions marking significant national milestones, including the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day; the 50th anniversary of Southern Liberation and National Reunification; the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh; and the 70th anniversary of Ha Noi’s Liberation Day.
