Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai has just signed and promulgated Decision No. 02/QD-TTg dated January 4, 2024, to provide rice from the national reserve to Soc Trang Province on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024.
The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs handle it according to regulations, assigned functions and tasks and are responsible for the basis, information and reporting data.
The People's Committee of Soc Trang Province is responsible for accurate reported data and providing timely support to the correct subjects at prescribed rates.
