The exhibition showcases 100 photos recording historical moments, and cultural and artistic activities through the periods, divided into three parts.
The first part introduces the birth of the "Outline of Vietnamese Culture", achievements in preserving and promoting the value of Vietnamese heritage and cultural identity, and several famous cultural and artistic activities in recent years.
The second part introduces the contributions of Quang Binh culture and art and achievements in preserving and promoting heritage values and national cultural identity.
The third part features several photographic works by Quang Binh authors, winning high prizes in competitions.
In addition, there are more than 500 books, magazines and several literary and artistic works selected by the Quang Binh Literary and Arts Association, with the main contents: The Party's and Uncle Ho's views and guidelines on construction, develop Vietnamese culture; Outline on Vietnamese Culture - Theoretical and Practical Values; Cultural imprint of Quang Binh in the process of development, with the culture of the country.
The exhibition runs until May 25.
The “Outline of Vietnamese Culture”, also known as the 1943 Outline on Culture, manifests the Party’s recognition of the significance of culture to the overall development of the nation.
The three principles of “nationalisation”, “popularisation”, and “scientification”, stated in the document have kept their value over time, guiding the development of the national culture.
