Speaking at the seminar, VULAA President Do Hong Quan emphasised that the outline has created an important theoretical foundation on which to build the Party’s guidelines on cultural and artistic style in association with each revolutionary period.

He also highlighted the great practical meaning of the document in the cultural development and building of the Vietnamese people over the past eight decades.

Right from the introduction of the document, the idea of placing people in the centre and considering the people as the subject of creativity has shown that people development and cultural development are intertwined and inseparable goals, he said.

He also stressed the need to continue studying the Vietnamese human value system to build and develop Vietnamese people with qualities meeting the requirements of the new era.
