Quang Binh introduces destinations to attract Korean tourists

The Korean Famtrip delegation surveyed destinations and tourism products in Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park.

The delegation included Korean tourism businesses, Seoul Capital Tourism Association, and Busan City, including 20 CEOs, managers, and directors representing major airlines and travel agencies, such as Cheongju Theme Travel, Cheongju Daeguk Tourism, Hannuri Travel, Clover Tour, Namhae Travel, Goodday Busan and Woori Airline & Tourism.

The delegation of Korean tourism businesses surveyed the prominent tourist areas and attractions of Quang Binh Province, including Thien Duong Cave, Phong Nha Cave, Chay River - Toi Cave and Quang Phu Sand Hill and surveyed accommodation facilities, restaurant service businesses in Dong Hoi City, such as Sun Spa Resort, Celina Peninsula Resort and Gold Coast Hotel Resort and Spa.

After surveying the destinations, the Famtrip delegation highly appreciated the resources and potential of Quang Binh tourism.

Within the framework of the programme, the Quang Binh Department of Tourism will organise a meeting and exchange with members of the Famtrip delegation to connect and build products and programs to visit Quang Binh destinations for tourists from Seoul and Busan in particular and Korea in general.

This will be an opportunity for travel agencies to build tourism programs, connecting routes from Quang Binh with the Korean tourist market, especially MICE tourists, golf tourism and high-end resort tourism. It will open up many opportunities to attract and increase the number of Korean tourists to Quang Binh in 2025.
