Dong Nai Province is one of the largest industrial hubs in the country. Thanks to the establishment of an extensive network of grassroots trade unions with a gathering rate of over 98%, emulation movements and practical welfare activities have created strong momentum, contributing to improving workers’ living conditions and promoting sustainable development.
Socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas has always been one of the key tasks, reflecting the deep humanitarian values within the development guidelines of the Party and the State. In this regard, Dong Nai Province continues to prioritise resources to develop essential infrastructure and raise people’s incomes.
The resolution of the first congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Organisation has breathed a fresh wind into the tourism sector, opening up a vast development space with outstanding advantages. The provincial Party Committee and government have set a clear goal: to turn Dong Nai into an attractive destination on Viet Nam’s tourism map over the next five years.
The outstanding success in the leadership and administration of the Party Committee and authorities of Dong Nai Province over the past five years has seen the creation of a solid foundation for double-digit economic growth. In particular, the results of synchronous modern investment in transport infrastructure and the improved effectiveness of administrative procedure reform have been highly significant for the province’s development.
The southern province of Dong Nai held a groundbreaking ceremony on September 27 for the construction of an inter-port road with a total investment of 2.66 trillion VND (100 million USD), scheduled for completion in 36 months.
Dong Nai Province solemnly held a ceremony on August 15 to mark the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Force (August 19, 1945 – August 19, 2025) as well as the 20th anniversary of the All People's Security Safeguard Festival (August 19, 2005 – August 19, 2025).
Dong Nai is currently mobilising all available resources to prepare for the launch of key projects, aiming to showcase concrete outcomes in time for upcomingnational celebrations. As part of its urban development journey and efforts to improve living standards, Dong Nai Province is currently focusing on one of its most important political tasks: repurposing Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into a modern urban–commercial–service zone, alongside the construction of the province’s new Political–Administrative Centre.
The southern province of Dong Nai’s growth is significant to the country’s overall economic growth. Fully aware of this position, the province has assigned tasks clearly and recorded positive results across all production and business sectors in the first half of the year.
