The Tam Hiep Ward Mixed-Use Housing Project in Dong Nai City, with a total investment of nearly 4.5 trillion VND and a scale of nearly 3 hectares, is funded by Bcons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
With 24 floors, including 22 above-ground floors and two basement floors, the project will provide approximately 3,000 apartments, meeting the housing needs of the people in the future.
Beyond simply supplementing the housing supply for Dong Nai City, the Tam Hiep Ward Mixed-Use Residential Project aims to create a modern, convenient living space that meets the practical needs of residents. Amenities include a kindergarten, community centre, commercial services, parking, internal green spaces, and well-planned internal transportation to serve daily life. Notably, with approximately 7,730 m² of ground-level green space, it contributes to creating essential green areas within the urban landscape.
According to the Dong Nai City People’s Council, during the 2021–2030 period, the locality aims to complete and put into use approximately 87 million square metres of housing floor space, equivalent to about 700,672 houses, with an average housing area of 33 square metres per person citywide.
This includes the goal of completing 67,010 or more social housing units, equivalent to over 4.1 million square metres of floor space, with a total projected project area of approximately 808 hectares, and completing approximately 480,259 commercial housing units in construction investment projects, equivalent to about 64.6 million square metres of floor space.
The capital requirement for housing development in Dong Nai City during the 2021–2030 period is over 822.4 trillion VND, of which commercial housing accounts for approximately 616.1 trillion VND, and social housing accounts for approximately 48.3 trillion VND. The value of privately built houses by households and individuals is approximately 155.1 trillion VND.
