The information was announced by the British Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (Britcham Vietnam), at a press briefing held in Hanoi, on October 19.
The annual event aims to raise funds for charity projects in the areas of education, health, natural disaster prevention, and others.
The running distance of the BritCham Charity Fun Run 2023 is 5km. Ticket prices for adults are 350,000 VND per person and for children (from 6 - 12 years old) are 200,000 VND per person.
Side activities will be included during the event, such as art performances, food stalls, and lucky draws.
The charity run has been held annually by Britcham Vietnam since 2000 and is said to be one of the largest projects for the community of BritCham.
The annual event is organised in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and has attracted the participation of more than 130,000 people, with over 13 billion VND (530,000 USD) raised in addition to contributions from 90 sponsors to conduct charity activities in Vietnam.
