On November 13 (local time), at the headquarters of the Embassy of Viet Nam in Venezuela, Ambassador Vu Trung My received Miss Charm Venezuela 2025 Anna Blanco Flores and Miss Cosmo Venezuela 2025 Tina Batson. These two Venezuelan contestants will travel to Viet Nam to participate in the Miss Charm 2025 and Miss Cosmo 2025 competitions.
At the meeting, Ambassador Vu Trung My warmly congratulated Miss Anna Blanco Flores on being selected as Venezuela’s representative at Miss Charm 2025, and Miss Tina Batson on representing Venezuela at Miss Cosmo 2025, which will be held in Ho Chi Minh City in December 2025.
Sharing an overview of the history, culture, country, and people of Viet Nam, Ambassador Vu Trung My stressed that Viet Nam is a nation with long-standing cultural heritage, hospitable people, beautiful landscapes, and diverse cuisine. Moreover, Viet Nam is considered one of the friendliest and safest destinations in the world.
Ambassador Vu Trung My expressed his belief that their visit and participation in Miss Charm 2025 and Miss Cosmo 2025 in Viet Nam will help deepen the understanding of the country and people of Viet Nam and contribute to people-to-people exchanges between Viet Nam and Venezuela.
Speaking at the meeting with Ambassador Vu Trung My, Anna Blanco Flores and Tina Batson thanked the ambassador and the staff of the Embassy of Viet Nam in Venezuela for their warm and cordial welcome.
Miss Anna Blanco Flores shared that she had long known of Viet Nam as a country with a thousand-year-old cultural tradition; a land of gentle, peace-loving people; steadfast in its struggle to defend independence and freedom; and today a nation undergoing strong development.
Expressing her honour at representing Venezuela at the international beauty event Miss Cosmo held in Viet Nam, Miss Tina Batson said she hopes this will be an opportunity for her to experience the historical and cultural beauty, cuisine, and daily life of the Vietnamese people.
