The event, jointly held by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, saw the attendance of nearly 100 participants representing business associations and culture management officials.
With 29 presentations, delegates discussed the impact of corporate culture on economic recovery when Vietnam enters the new normal period, lessons in creating a sustainable corporate culture and measures to make corporate culture a fulcrum of post-pandemic economic recovery.
They also made some recommendations to fine-tune the mechanisms and policies for building a sustainable corporate culture.
Speaking at the workshop, Dr Nguyen Toan Thang from the Institute of Culture and Development highlighted enterprises’ flexibility and adaptability to overcome difficulties and look for new opportunities during the pandemic.
For his part, Dr Bui Hoai Son, a member of the National Assembly Committee on Culture and Education, stated that to better bring corporate culture into play, it is necessary to raise awareness of the whole society, especially business owners.
