The Da Nang Golf Tourism Festival 2023, featuring the BRG Open Golf Championship Da Nang 2023, will take place from August 25-September 2, at golf courses in Da Nang and surrounding areas, the APEC Sculpture Garden and Bach Dang Street.
The tournament is expected to attract 144 professional athletes, including 120 international and 24 Vietnamese golfers.
Addressing the launch ceremony on July 18, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Tourism Nguyen Xuan Binh said, that the festival is not just an event for golf lovers, but it is also expected to join other events to promote Da Nang, as the leading event and festival destination in Asia.
The Da Nang Department of Tourism has worked with golf courses to plan sightseeing and golfing activities for visitors, making golf closer to the people.
The Da Nang tourism sector expects that the festival will allow the public to enjoy spectacular performances from international golfers.
In addition, cultural and culinary promotion activities will be held at APEC Park, within the framework of the festival, featuring the distinct cultural identity of Vietnam.
