According to the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, targeted investment and improved infrastructure have helped revitalise destinations, attracting more visitors domestically and internationally.
A highlight was the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Buon Ma Thuot Victory and the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival, which significantly boosted tourist arrivals.
Of the total visitors, 683,500 were domestic (an increase of 81,34%) and 16,500 were international (up 104,31% year-on-year).
These results reflect ongoing efforts to develop sustainable tourism through new products and the rich cultural identity of the Central Highlands.

In 2025, Dak Lak aims to receive around 1.6 million visitors, including 50,000 international tourists, with a projected total revenue of 1.35 trillion VND (52.51 million USD).

To achieve the target, the province will continue promoting its tourism image through diverse activities, including gong performances twice a month, hosting national and regional sports events, and introducing new tourism products to enhance visitor experience and encourage longer stays.
Efforts will also focus on diversifying tourism offerings and improving service quality, contributing to local economic growth and budget revenues.
