The exhibition space showcases signature products and services from the Northeast Region.
The fair aims to highlight the progress made in socio-economic development in Thai Nguyen and over 20 provinces and cities across the country, as well as boost trade, co-operation and technology transfers among these localities.
The event also presents an opportunity for domestic enterprises, especially those in the Northeast region, to boost exports, and promote their brand names and investment co-operation with other partners both at home and abroad.
It was jointly organised by the Thai Nguyen provincial People’s Committee and the Ministry of Industry and Trade as part of the celebratory events to mark the 70th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2).
The expo runs until September 6.
