The Ha Noi People’s Committee has issued a Plan to implement the regulations on the content and support levels for voluntary social insurance and health insurance contributions for social policy beneficiaries according to Resolution No.19/2025/NQ-HDND dated July 9, 2025 of the Hanoi People's Council.
The Plan regulates the content and support levels for voluntary social insurance and health insurance contributions for social policy beneficiaries of Ha Noi.
The purpose of the Plan is to thoroughly grasp the meaningful content and strictly implement Resolution No.19/2025/NQ-HDND of the Ha Noi People’s Council regulating the content and support levels for voluntary social insurance and health insurance contributions for social policy beneficiaries of Ha Noi from January 1, 2026.
At the same time, the Plan aims to enhance the responsibility of Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Front, unions, all levels, sectors, agencies and units in Ha Noi in developing social insurance and health insurance participants, which is one of the important political tasks, closely linked to the socio-economic development tasks of the locality.
The plan also requires that policies on supporting social insurance and health insurance contributions must be implemented publicly and transparently, ensuring the right subjects, correct regimes and policies and complete records and procedures according to regulations.
