Accordingly, during the 2026 high school graduation exam period, from June 10-13, the bus system in Ha Noi will operate from 4:30 AM to 10:30 PM daily, with approximately 17,590 trips per day according to the regular schedule; this schedule will be maintained on the reserve day. The frequency of service ranges from 5 to 30 minutes per trip, depending on the route.

For the urban railway system, lines 2A and 3.1 operate from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM daily. During the official exam days, line 2A maintained 246 train trips per day, and line 3.1 operated 239 train trips per day, with a frequency of 6 to 15 minutes per trip.

To meet the increased travel demand, the Centre planned to reinforce 20 bus routes, with 42 reserve vehicles and approximately 100 additional trips. These routes are organised to connect bus stations, train stations, transfer points, and areas with high passenger concentrations.

Specifically, Ha Noi Transport Corporation will reinforce 9 routes: 16, 54, 01, 02, 03A, 06A, 20A, 22A, and 32; VinBus Eco-Transportation Services Co., Ltd. is increasing service on routes E01, E02, and E03. In addition, other transport companies such as Lien Ninh, Newway, Ha Noi Electric Bus, Bao Yen, and Ha Tay Automobile Transport Joint Stock Company are also participating in the service.

The Centre required transport units to maintain their vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and technical safety; drivers and service personnel must strictly adhere to regulations, maintain a civilised and courteous attitude towards passengers, and comply with traffic safety regulations.

For Ha Noi Railway One-Member Limited Liability Company, the Centre required the safe and smooth operation of urban railway lines 2A and 3.1; strengthen inspection and supervision to ensure fire prevention and control at stations and on trains; and deploy personnel to receive and assist passengers through the hotline system.

The Ha Noi City Traffic Management and Operation Centre stated that, depending on the actual situation and emerging needs, the unit will flexibly adjust and mobilise additional vehicles to best serve the transportation needs of the people during the examination period.
