The displays will coincide with two official art programs: the political-artistic show “North-South Promises” and the live television event “The Resounding Triumph Song”, organised in collaboration with relevant agencies.

To mark the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975–2025), the Party Central Committee's Commission of Information, Education and Mass Mobilisation, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army, are hosting a political-artistic programme titled “North-South Promises” at My Dinh Stadium, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, on the evening of April 22.

On the evening of April 27, Vietnam Television will broadcast the live link-up programme “Echoes of Victory”, featuring multiple locations, including a key site at Thong Nhat Park, Tran Nhan Tong Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

The Hanoi People's Committee has recently issued Plan No. 107/KH-UBND, which details the organisation of fireworks displays as part of the political-artistic programme “North-South Promises” and the live television event “The Resounding Song of Triumph”.

Specifically, for the political-artistic programme “North-South Promises”, the city will stage a single fireworks display featuring a combination of high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks, along with pyrotechnic effects. The display will take place at the F1 racetrack area in Phu Do Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, and is scheduled to run from 9:45 PM to 10:00 PM on April 22.

For the live television programme “The Resounding Song of Triumph”, the city will organise a single fireworks display combining high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks at the multipurpose stage area in Thong Nhat Park. The display is scheduled to take place from 9:45 PM to 10:00 PM on April 27.

The Capital High Command will oversee all aspects of the fireworks operation, coordinating closely with local authorities and Hanoi Police to guarantee absolute safety and security.
