Organised by the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Centre, the exhibition carries the theme “Natural-Green-Sustainable Products”. It will gather over 350 exhibitors, including participants from the Republic of Korea, Japan, and China.
The event will showcase agricultural products, deeply processed items, spices, food additives, beverages, machinery, and other sectors within the food industry.
According to Tran Phu Lu, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Centre, HCMC FOODEX 2025 bring together prominent names in the food industry, welcoming many first-time participating enterprises. These newcomers offer breakthrough equipment, materials, packaging, and processing technology solutions.
The exhibition aims to provide a unique culinary journey where experts, businesses, and consumers can explore new trends, advanced technologies, and culinary excellence from around the world. This will be achieved through a series of conferences, seminars, and diverse culinary demonstrations, Lu noted.
A notable highlight of this year’s exhibition is the participation of buyers from the Horeca channel (hotels, restaurants, catering). Over the four-day event, more than 1,000 business matchmaking sessions are expected to be established.
Additionally, the “Master Chef of Foodex 2025” competition will feature renowned chefs and a panel of judges from countries such as India, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the US.
This competition serves as a platform for showcasing talent, honouring creativity, and high-level culinary skills. It also highlights the traditional and modern values of Vietnamese cuisine, offering unique and memorable experiences.
HCMC FOODEX 2025 anticipates attracting 20,000 visitors, reinforcing its role as a leading event in the food industry. It provides opportunities for networking, collaboration, and development within the culinary and food sectors.
