The event is within the Ho Chi Minh City Economic Forum’s framework from September 25 to 27.
Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Vo Van Hoan said that with the desire to promote sustainable development of the business community amid the Industrial Revolution 4.0, this year’s programme has been expanded with new display areas on high technology, supporting industry, and achievements of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 with technological equipment, electronic microchips, and artificial intelligence (AI) applications.
“In particular, GRECO 2024 dedicates a special space for the city’s businesses that have achieved the title of green and innovative business to showcase their products and services,” Hoan emphasised.
GRECO 2024 is also an important initiative of the city to facilitate business exchanges and build a green production ecosystem based on science and technology, thereby improving competitiveness and minimising negative impacts on the environment, according to the city official.
The event will take place until September 25 at Nguyen Hue and Le Loi walking streets, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, gathering over 100 domestic and foreign enterprises, displaying about 300 booths, featuring nearly 8,000 products.
GRECO 2024 will also include daily cultural, artistic and culinary activities by famous domestic and international artisans.
