The event attracted more than 400 participants representing government departments, agencies, associations, and businesses across Ho Chi Minh City.

During the dialogue, the organisers received nearly 50 questions and recommendations from businesses. These primarily focused on the management and employment of foreign workers, social insurance and wage policies, vocational training and human resource development, and procedures for declaring training activities and the legal validity of training certificates.

At the conference, representatives of relevant government departments and agencies addressed each group of questions, clarified new provisions under the 2025 Employment Law, and discussed solutions to difficulties and challenges faced by businesses in relation to the implementation of the 2025 Employment Law, social insurance regulations, and the employment of foreign workers.
