Conveying the message ‘Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City’, the festival will feature over 100 booths showcasing tourism products and culinary delights by 43 cities and provinces, tourism businesses, and travel agents nationwide.
There are also a series of conferences, seminars on human resources training in the tourism industry, effective tourism models, and a job fair.
In addition, the winners of the Ho Chi Minh City Travel Awards will be announced on the occasion.
Visitors to the festival will be offered various promotional policies and programmes, with discounts of 50% off tourist products and services, as well as gift vouchers.
Last year’s festival welcomed around 190,000 visitors, and the figure is expected to rise by 10% this year.
