As a strategic cultural project of Nhan Dan Newspaper, the film both affirms the enduring vitality of the “National Concert” and transforms the public’s shared emotions into a carefully crafted cinematic experience.

It aims to amplify Viet Nam’s cultural strengths and contribute to national branding in the era of international integration. All box-office proceeds will be donated to the Central Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front to support communities affected by storms and floods.

The film’s premiere was held at CGV Metropolis (Lieu Giai, Ha Noi) and was attended by leaders of central agencies, representatives of Nhan Dan Newspaper and partner organisations, artists, the production team, members of the press, and the wider arts-loving public.

In his remarks at the event, Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the PCC’s Commission for Information, Education and Mobilisation, and President of the Viet Nam Journalists’ Association — emphasised that To quoc trong tim is not merely a concert film but a profound tribute to the homeland and the sacred values of the nation.

Drawing inspiration from the unforgettable night at My Dinh Stadium — where over 50,000 voices rose together in song — the film brings that same fervent energy to the big screen through contemporary cinematic expression, immersive surround sound, and a heartfelt tribute to Vietnamese culture and national unity. With tickets priced at just 65,000 VND, all proceeds will go toward supporting communities affected by recent storms and floods, adding a deeply humanitarian dimension to the project.

Nhan Dan Newspaper and the organising committee invite audiences nationwide to head to theatres from October 17, 2025, donning the iconic red flag with the golden star — so that once more, a sea of red may fill the nation’s cinemas, reigniting the spirit of pride and solidarity in every Vietnamese heart.

The concert film brings to the screen the essence of the national concert “To quoc trong tim” — a landmark artistic event held at My Dinh Stadium, where more than 50,000 spectators of all generations joined their voices in proud harmony.

Meticulously crafted from the concert’s most unforgettable moments, the film reimagines the experience through modern cinematic techniques, cutting-edge recording technology, and an international-standard surround sound system.

Stepping into the theatre, audiences are invited to relive a “concert within the cinema” — where the grandeur of the live stage meets the emotional intimacy of film. Expansive shots of My Dinh glowing in the radiant red of national pride blend seamlessly with tender close-ups of artists and spectators, capturing glances, smiles, and tears alike. The result is a layered, immersive experience — both majestic in scale and deeply personal in feeling — that celebrates the enduring power of music, unity, and the Vietnamese spirit.

The film’s sound has been mastered in a multidimensional surround format, enveloping audiences in a lifelike concert experience. Lyrics will appear on screen, inviting viewers to sing along — from the soaring, anthemic numbers to the more tender, reflective melodies that touch the heart.

Artistically, “To quoc trong tim” paints a rich musical tapestry that spans revolutionary anthems, lyrical classics, and modern pop — all seamlessly woven into a cohesive cinematic narrative celebrating Viet Nam’s cultural heritage and national unity.

Every element, from lighting and colour to camera movement, has been purposefully composed to convey a message of continuity, aspiration, and faith in the nation’s future. Each frame stands as a heartfelt tribute to the audiences who have journeyed with the programme from the very beginning.

With tickets priced at an accessible 65,000 VND (Category P — suitable for all audiences), the film seeks to bring this patriotic experience to everyone. Viewers are encouraged to wear red shirts emblazoned with the golden star when attending screenings, transforming cinemas into seas of red — a living emblem of solidarity and shared pride.

All box-office proceeds will be donated by the Organising Committee to the Central Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front in support of communities affected by recent storms and floods, carrying forward the film’s humanitarian spirit beyond the screen.

More than just a film, “To quoc trong tim: The concert film” marks the next milestone in Nhan Dan Newspaper’s cultural communication strategy — extending the journey of the National concert “To quoc trong tim” from the grand stage of My Dinh to the silver screen and into the heart of the community.

The project reflects a forward-looking vision that harmoniously blends cultural value, social responsibility, and modern technology, reaffirming Nhan Dan’s pioneering role in building a sustainable ecosystem of media, culture, and the arts.

At its core, the initiative seeks to prolong the vitality of art while spreading the spirit of patriotism and national solidarity in ways that feel close, modern, and relevant to today’s audiences. With that mission, “To quoc trong tim: The concert film” aspires to become a defining cultural moment in contemporary Viet Nam — one that carries the nation’s pride and unity forward through the universal language of music, art, and cinema.

Viet Nam National Industry – Energy Group (Petrovietnam) and Petrovietnam Exploration Production Corporation (PVEP) proudly accompany the film as official partners, sharing in its mission to celebrate national pride and promote enduring Vietnamese cultural values.
