According to leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, expanding the scale of the event not only helps promote Vietnamese culture and present the image of a friendly and compassionate Ho Chi Minh City, but also contributes to stimulating tourism demand and attracting investment, particularly as the city gains broader development space following the reorganisation of administrative boundaries.
