The programme the features the participation of more than 400 delegates, including 15 ambassadors and their spouses; nearly 200 diplomatic officers at embassies, representatives of international organisations, foreign non-governmental organisations in Vietnam; and leaders of a number of central ministries, departments, and branches and Hanoi City.
The event was also attended by friendship associations, tourism associations, and tourism businesses.

The programme brought delegates to the historic land of Me Linh with the glorious feats of Hai Ba Trung — two heroic female generals of the Vietnam — to admire the flower village in full bloom and enjoy the traditional local products. |

Delegates joining experience activities, including experiencing the flower growing craft village of Me Linh; offering incense, visiting, and listening to the introduction of the special national relic of Hai Ba Trung Temple; planting souvenir trees; and experiencing local traditional culture features such as making immortal flowers, making banh gio, and making lotus tea. |
