The competition is open to all Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and above. Eligible participants include designers, design studios, and students of fine arts and design.

Entries may be submitted individually or as part of a team, with each participant or team permitted to submit only one design proposal.

Submissions must feature the UNESCO logo positioned on the left, the anniversary graphic on the right, and clearly convey the anniversary message celebrating 50 years of Viet Nam–UNESCO relations and UNESCO’s core values.

Entries should be sent to hanoi@unesco.org. The deadline for submission is 23:59 on April 30, 2026 (Ha Noi time). Results will be announced in May 2026.

The winning design will be adopted as the official anniversary graphic for the commemoration of 50 years of Viet Nam’s membership in UNESCO (1976–2026) and may be used in official communication materials related to the anniversary.
