Under the agreement, the two organisations will jointly organise trade and investment promotion programmes for enterprises from both countries; provide members with market research, investment environment advisory, legal guidance, and administrative support; and establish joint working groups to drive concrete cooperative projects.

The partnership also encompasses cultural–economic exchanges, business forums, and specialised seminars. It will connect high-quality human resources, facilitate training and technology transfer, support start-ups, and develop joint social welfare and economic development initiatives in both nations.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, VKBIA Chairman Dr Tran Hai Linh emphasised that the MoU would open new opportunities in investment, trade, green technology transfer, workforce training, and community support for businesses on both sides.

He pledged that VKBIA would work closely with HCCI to implement business promotion programmes, organise forums and workshops, provide legal and investment consultancy, and serve as a reliable bridge for Korean enterprises.

HCCI Vice Chairman Lee Taek-won expressed his delight at the signing and his firm belief that the partnership would deliver tangible benefits to both parties. He praised VKBIA’s pivotal role in fostering bilateral business ties and local-level cooperation in recent years, particularly through trade promotion events and investment matchmaking activities.

He voiced hope that both sides would swiftly activate joint working groups to advance specific projects, especially in high technology, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, supporting industries, logistics, smart agriculture, services, and sustainable development.
