The information was announced by National Entrepreneurship Association at the headquarters of the Viet Nam Journalists Association in Ha Noi on November 19.
The forum is expected to attract thousands of delegates, including leaders and representatives of relevant ministries, departments, and agencies; embassies in Viet Nam; investors; startups; international organisations; experts; enterprises; and central and local press agencies.
The National Entrepreneurship Forum 2025 is an annual nationwide event. This year’s forum aims to promote strategic vision, create a space for networking–cooperation–investment, and open in-depth discussions around the central theme of “Developing human resource capital for entrepreneurship and innovation in the new era.”
This is also a practical activity responding to the government’s spirit of creating development, an innovative ecosystem, while helping elevate the Vietnamese entrepreneurial community in the period of comprehensive digital transformation.
At the announcement ceremony on November 19, the organising committee released official information about the forum; introduced its content, objectives, discussion sessions, workshops, and exhibition activities; clarified new values of the forum in the context of the country’s push for high-quality human resources; and exchanged information and answered questions raised by journalists.
“This year’s forum is particularly important not only for the business and startup community but also for the sustainable development of Viet Nam’s economy in the new context,” said Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa, Chairman of the National Entrepreneurship Association.
He added that the world is changing rapidly under the impact of the digital economy, artificial intelligence, automation, and innovative business models. To rise strongly, Viet Nam needs a courageous entrepreneurial force, a dynamic startup ecosystem, and a high-quality human resource base with global thinking.
“The forum is not only a venue for sharing policies, discussing strategies, or introducing startup models, it is also an important meeting point where managers, businesses, investors, experts, and startups gather, connect and create new values. Every handshake, dialogue, and initiative at the forum can open opportunities for establishing new businesses, new projects, or long-term cooperation,” shared Nguyen Quang Huy, Chairman of the Global Economic Alliance 9S UNION and Chairman of the National Startup Fund.
Within the framework of this year’s forum, the National Aesthetic Industry Summit 2025 will be held as a key highlight, as this is a rapidly growing and large-scale economic sector capable of generating new enterprises, fostering innovation, and making strong contributions to Viet Nam’s service economy.
