Nha Trang welcomes nearly 1,900 visitors by sea

The high-class cruise ship Queen Elizabeth II, of Bermudian nationality, docked at Nha Trang Port on April 6 carrying 1,883 guests from France, Germany, Spain, Hong Kong (China), Thailand, Singapore, and others.

Foreign tourists will attend tours to Loc Tho Pagoda, Phu Vinh Communal House, the ancient house of Mr Hai, Truong Son Craft Village, the Institute of Oceanography, Ponagar Tower, Long Son Pagoda, Dam Market, Truong Son Craft Village, and others.

The Queen Elizabeth II ship will continue its journey on to the Philippines after staying in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa Province.

According to Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Tourism Department Nguyen Thi Le Thanh, Khanh Hoa has received six cruise ships since early this year, with the number of tourists coming ashore reaching nearly 3,000.

Khanh Hoa expects to welcome 4 million tourists in 2023, including 2.5 million domestic tourists and 1.5 million international visitors, with total tourism revenue of 21 trillion VND.
