Accordingly, Quang Ngai province will receive 1,335 tonnes of rices; Yen Bai – 308 tonnes; Ninh Binh – 195 tonnes; Cao Bang – 475 tonnes; Dak Lak – 550 tonnes; Ha Nam – 687 tonnes; Kon Tum – 279 tonnes and Gia Lai – 379 tonnes.
People’s Committees of the above-mentioned provinces were assigned to give allocated rice promptly to targeted beneficiaries as seen fit.
Earlier, PM Dung assigned the MOF to allocate 5,778 tonnes of rice from the national reserve for five provinces of Quang Tri, Lao Cai, Nghe An, Tuyen Quang and Binh Dinh during the Tet holiday.
