Despite the surge, transport across the province remained smooth and safe, thanks to proactive measures by local authorities. Security and safety forces were deployed extensively to manage traffic and monitor tourist activities across key routes.
Rescue and medical services were reinforced with modern equipment, including maritime rescue gear and communication systems, enabling rapid response in all conditions.
At popular sites in Ha Long Bay, such as Ti Top Island and Dau Go Cave, layered safety monitoring systems were put in place, with lifeguards and medical staff stationed at key gathering points.
Authorities also coordinated closely with naval and coast guard forces to strengthen surveillance and emergency preparedness at sea. Management boards ensured full staffing throughout the holiday, with additional personnel deployed during peak hours.
