Through the app’s digital map, users can identify the nearest petrol station, look up addresses, directions, check operating status, available fuel types, and prices. This information is particularly useful for travellers on long journeys or during periods of fluctuations in fuel supply.
The “Quanh Toi” app also allows users to directly report issues such as incorrect pricing, unusual closures, limited sales, failure to issue invoices, or concerns related to fuel quality, fire safety and environmental protection. These reports are received and processed promptly by the agency, contributing to strengthening people’s participation in monitoring petrol retail business.
In addition, users can rate the quality of service at petrol stations, contributing to a more transparent and professional business environment.
Another notable feature of the application is its support for vehicle management and personal fuel expense tracking. Users can store vehicle information, record refuelling history, monitor fuel consumption level and compile fuel costs for each vehicle.
Petrol stations can also introduce value-added services such as electric vehicle charging stations, convenience stores, car washes, toilet facilities and food services, in addition to updating fuel prices. Regularly updated data helps consumers make informed decisions before choosing where to refuel.
The application also help analyse, monitor, and detect unusual market developments at an early stage, thereby supporting effective market management and ensuring a stable fuel supply for production, business activities and daily life.
In the future, the application will be developed with additional features, including alerts on unusual fuel price movements, inventory levels, market supply and demand forecasts, fuel waste warnings and advanced data analysis tools to support management work.
The application officially became available on June 1, on both iOS and Android platforms. Users can download it by searching for “Quanh Toi” on the App Store or Google Play.
