Under the theme “Hung Yen – Come and Experience,” the contest aims to inspire creativity among travel lovers, independent filmmakers, and digital content creators, while providing an opportunity for people both inside and outside the province to present fresh, vivid, and characteristic perspectives on the history, culture, and people of Hung Yen.
According to the Organising Committee, eligible participants include all Vietnamese citizens living, studying, and working both domestically and abroad, as well as foreigners residing or working in Viet Nam.
Entries should be video clips ranging from 2 to 5 minutes in length, focusing on showcasing the natural beauty, scenic landscapes, historical and cultural relics, tangible and intangible cultural heritage, as well as the cultural charms, customs, and distinctive cuisine of Hung Yen province.

Submissions may take various forms, including travel footage, interviews, vlogs, documentaries, cinematic special effects, or vivid imagery that fits the contest theme.
The deadline for submissions is October 15, 2025. Judging is expected to take place at the end of October, with the awards ceremony scheduled for November 2025.
Participants can send their entries via email to hungyen.tourism@gmail.com or submit them directly at the Hung Yen Tourism Promotion Information Center, No. 313 Nguyen Van Linh Street, An Tao Ward, Hung Yen City, Hung Yen Province.
The Organising Committee will award certificates along with cash prizes for outstanding works, distributed as follows: one first prize worth 10 million VND; two second prizes, each worth 4 million VND; three third prizes, each worth 2 million VND; and five consolation prizes, each worth 1 million VND.
