elThe project is among activities commemorating the 135th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 –2025) in Thailand.
The One Pillar Pagoda in Khon Kaen, which was reconstructed to match the exact dimensions of the original One Pillar Pagoda in Ha Noi, was inaugurated in 2008.
The project on renovating the pagoda was launched in 2023 by the Vietnamese Consulate General in Khon Kaen.
