With the theme 'Shape the future', the programme promises to feature many attractive activities.

The UTF programme is held annually, attracting hundreds of members and guests. In 2025, the programme is expected to welcome about 800 collective and individual members, along with domestic and international travel, tourism service, aviation, and transportation.

This is an opportunity for delegates and partners to meet, exchange and share experiences; introduce new products, seek cooperation and connection opportunities to build tourism products, services and tours to serve domestic and international tourists, thereby strengthening solidarity and promoting strength while contributing to making tourism truly a spearhead economic sector of the capital city of Hanoi and the whole country.

The programme includes a series of activities, such as congress of delegates of the UNESCO Hanoi Travel Club for the 2025-2028 term, TableTop Networking, a Community Famtrip, a Gala Dinner, and Appreciation for Partners.

The Gala Dinner programme also includes art performances with modern sound and light performances using 3D mapping technology and special art performances staged and performed by the club members themselves.

The UNESCO Hanoi Travel Club has been operating since 2009, serving as a 'bridge' to introduce and promote the thousand-year-old image of the Thang Long-Hanoi land, while creating a civilised travel environment, a playground for tourism businesses in Hanoi in particular and the whole country in general, thus contributing to the overall development of Vietnam tourism.
