The 4th Korean Cultural Road Festival 2025 is jointly organised by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Viet Nam and the Korean Cultural Centre in Viet Nam.

From the opening morning, crowds of residents and visitors flocked to the festival to immerse themselves in its lively and cheerful atmosphere. Strips of silk lanterns, the sounds of traditional musical instruments, and the vivid hues of the stalls together recreated the distinctive charm of Korean culture right in the heart of the capital.

Traditional folk games such as rope jumping, hopscotch, shuttlecock kicking, and pair matching attracted numerous participants, particularly young people.

This year’s festival features the participation of many RoK organisations in Viet Nam, including the Korea Tourism Organisation (KTO), the Korea Copyright Protection Agency (KCOPA), the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), King Sejong Institute, and the Korean Cultural Centre (KCC).

Each booth presents a unique perspective on RoK people and culture, helping the public gain a deeper understanding of the diversity and creativity that characterise contemporary Korean life.

The food zone is a major highlight, offering traditional dishes such as kimbap, tokbokki, and fish cakes, which always draws large crowds of diners. The rich flavours, delicate presentation, and friendly service allow visitors to truly experience Korean culinary culture in every bite.

Many young attendees were also eager to try on Hanbok – the traditional Korean attire – to take commemorative photos.
