Viet Nam's first high-end park golf model launched

Under a cooperation agreement, D&G Golf Group will be responsible for developing the park golf course and will coordinate with NovaGroup in the development, operation and expansion of sports and resort facilities at NovaWorld Phan Thiet. The company expects the project to contribute to attracting visitors and supporting the development of indoor golf services in Viet Nam.

Kim Dong Hwan, Chairman of D&G Group Viet Nam, said the partnership between D&G Golf Group and NovaGroup aims to promote longer-term cooperation in the sports and tourism sectors, alongside infrastructure development.

Located in Phan Thiet, an area with favourable natural conditions, and linked to the existing NovaWorld golf facilities, the project is expected to introduce a high-end park golf model to Viet Nam for the first time.

According to Nguyen Minh, Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong provincial People’s Committee, the park golf project represents a new, distinctive tourism product that aligns with current sports tourism development trends. He noted that the project is expected to help diversify tourism and sports offerings at NovaWorld Phan Thiet and enhance the destination’s attractiveness to domestic and international visitors.

Once operational, the project is expected to contribute to tourism, cultural and sports activities in Phan Thiet, support efforts to attract international visitors, and provide additional recreational and sporting options for different age groups. It is also expected to create economic, cultural and social benefits for the local community, contributing to Viet Nam’s broader sports tourism development strategy.
