The framework establishes comprehensive standards and a reference system for companies to develop sustainable business culture, meeting the demands of integration and growth in the new era.
The forum, organised by the Steering Committee for the Vietnamese Business Culture Development Campaign in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ha Noi People’s Committee, will take place in Ha Noi on December 21.
This year, the Viet Nam Business Culture Development Association and the Ha Noi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises will jointly present the updated framework for the new era.
Le Tan Phuoc, Standing Vice President of the Viet Nam Business Culture Development Association and head of the drafting committee, emphasised that in the context of global integration, Vietnamese companies operating in international markets require a comprehensive adjustment of standards in alignment with central Party resolutions and government directives. The framework is designed to suit local businesses while selectively integrating global best practices, preserving Viet Nam’s unique business culture in the digital economy and AI era.
Nguyen Quang Cung, President of the Viet Nam Cement Association, stressed that breakthrough thinking in the new era must be reflected in business culture. Collaborative practices amid competition, particularly among associations and enterprises, are essential for sustainable growth, reputation, and healthy international competitiveness. Upholding credibility in business relations strengthens cooperation and market positioning.
