“Xay Tet 2025” programme presents 700 Tet gifts to workers in Da Nang

Nhan Dan Newspaper in collaboration with Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company organised the “Xay Tet 2025” programme, at the Nguyen Kim Complex Center Project Construction Site, on January 7, to give gifts to workers in Da Nang.

At the programme, the organising board presented 700 Tet gifts to workers working at the construction site.

In addition, the programme also presented 500 gifts to workers and labourers in Da Nang City. Pharmacity Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company presented 1,000 Tet gifts to workers and labourers in the city through the Da Nang City Labor Federation.

Phan Thai Son, Acting Head of the Standing Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Da Nang, said: This is the second year the "Xay Tet" programme has been implemented.

The programme improved the quality of life towards a joyful and happy Tet 2025 for every family, creating a new atmosphere and motivation. Nhan Dan Newspaper hopes that the programme will be accompanied more to spread and multiply humanistic values to create motivation for social development.

Accordingly, the "Xay Tet 2025" programme will be launched from December 16, 2024, to the end of January 2025 at construction sites in three regions of the country: Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Binh Duong.

The "Xay Tet 2025" programme will present more than 18,500 Tet gifts to workers nationwide.

Nguyen Tan Tien, CEO of MEP Coteccons, shared: Today, the programme is held in Da Nang partly to recognise the efforts of the workers in the past time. The company will try to maintain the programme every year.

He expressed his hopes that in the coming years, the "Xay Tet" programme would come to not only construction workers but also bridge and road workers, and factory and enterprise workers.

It is expected that "Xay Tet 2025" will give more than 18,500 Tet gifts to workers. The program aims to actively implement social security policies, and care for worker’s material and spiritual lives, on the occasion of Tet (Lunar New Year) 2025.
