Specifically, Mon Son Border Guard Station, in cooperation with the Inspection Division of the Nghe An Provincial Police, Viet Nhan Nghe An Joint Stock Company, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Mon Son Commune, organised the inauguration and handover of two houses to two needy households in Mon Son Commune, Con Cuong District.
With support of 40 million VND per house, the construction began in November 2024. To ensure progress and minimise costs, Mon Son Border Guard Station established two construction teams.
After more than a month of construction, the two houses were completed. Each house covers an area of approximately 48 square meters, with brick walls and metal roofs, ensuring durability and long-term usability.
Earlier, the Youth Union of My Ly Border Guard Station, in collaboration with the Youth Union of Bac Ly Commune, Ky Son District, implemented the “Border Light” project, which uses solar-powered lighting.
The project spans 2 kilometers and was completed at a cost of 35 million VND.
