According to the decision, the funding is sourced from the 2025 central budget reserve, with 20 billion VND allocated to Quang Ngai, and 30 billion VND each to Gia Lai and Dak Lak. The Ministry of Finance is tasked with ensuring the accuracy of all figures and reports and with making recommendations in line with legal regulations.
The People’s Committees of the recipient provinces are responsible for managing and using the funds in compliance with regulations on State budget and other relevant legal provisions. They must ensure the money is spent for the intended purposes, in a transparent and accountable manner, avoiding losses or misuse. The provinces are also required to report on the use of funds to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, and relevant authorities for consolidation and submission to the Prime Minister.
