The festival is expected to feature around 150 vehicles, including 100 sailboats, 15 flyboards, 12 jet skis, and five parasails. The event promises captivating displays and activities throughout the day.

According to the programme, the sailboat team will set off from Tuan Chau Beach between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, traveling to Ocean Park Beach before continuing to the coast near Ha Long Flower Park. After the parade, the team will regroup to prepare for performances alongside parasails, flyboards, and jet skis.

From 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 12 jet skis will perform choreographed routines, parading with national flags. They will depart from Hon Gai passenger port and travel along the coastline to the area opposite Ha Long Flower Park.

Simultaneously, the flyboard team will showcase their skills near Ha Long Flower Park’s coast, while the parasail team will launch from 30/10 Square and join the performances at the same coastal area.

Organisers note that this is Ha Long City’s first-ever festival combining sailboats, parasails, and jet skis. It offers a unique opportunity for enthusiasts nationwide to perform, network, and promote the growth of these sports.

This event is part of the “Ha Long - City of Festivals” project, celebrating the 30th anniversary of Ha Long Bay’s recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (1994–2024).
