This year’s festival is organised with the desire to recreate the characteristic beauty of autumn in Ha Noi – where memories, culture, and modern life intertwine in every exhibition space and artistic activity.
It is also a special occasion for residents and visitors to celebrate major historical milestones of the country — such as the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 and the 71st anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital — and to welcome the success of the 18th Ha Noi Party Congress, which promises breakthrough development for the capital and its tourism industry.
With a scale of around 150 booths, the festival gathers the participation of localities, communes, wards, airlines, tourism enterprises, destinations, traditional craft villages, and artisans. The exhibition spaces with varied themes will offer experiences of Ha Noi’s autumn through attractive and creative tourism products and tours, creating a vibrant and colourful experiential space.
The highlight opening the festival is the artistic programme titled “Ha Noi Autumn Melody”, which will take place at 19:30 on November 21. Designed as a symphony of light, music, and memory, the programme aims to immerse the audience in a journey through Ha Noi’s autumn — from its ancient breath and the familiar sounds of old streets to the creative rhythms of a modern Ha Noi.
In addition, the photo exhibition “Ha Noi – Autumn through the Lens” will offer visual stories of a gentle and refined Ha Noi, told through the perspectives of photographers and Ha Noi lovers.
A special highlight is the mass art performance at Tran Nhan Tong Pedestrian Street at 08:30 on November 23, featuring performances by folk art troupes from various localities such as Thanh Oai lion–dragon dance, Te Tieu water puppetry, Dan Phuong cheo folk singing, “Northern Quintessence” performances, energetic dance routines by students and children
On the occasion, various cultural activities will be held such as an online photography contest for visitors and young people; an experiential tour in collaboration with The Ha Noi Train, promoting Ha Noi’s autumn through artistic–tourism experiences; and a journey exploring eight signature destinations such as Ba Vi, Soc Son, Huong Son, Duong Lam, Bat Trang, and West Lake.
These activities create wide-ranging connections, helping the festival spread deeper into the community and reach visitors from near and far. The closing ceremony will take place with an artistic programme on the evening of November 23, 2025, honouring the supporting units, collectives, and individuals who contributed to the success of the event.
“Ha Noi Autumn – The Season of Memories” not only revives old memories but also creates new ones — beautiful, pure, and cherished — for the people of the capital and for domestic and international visitors.
