The Ha Noi People’s Committee has required the People’s Committees of communes and wards to receive at least 60% of administrative procedure records online, of which at least 20% are implemented in a full-process manner.
In addition, 100% of administrative procedure settlement results must be returned on time or before the deadline, with an electronic copy as prescribed in Decree No.118/2025/ND-CP of the Government.
The city has also required localities to focus on upgrading information technology infrastructure, fully equipping public administrative service points, enhancing communication, organising support for people to submit documents online, mobilising volunteers and information technology students to participate in providing guidance at the grassroots level.
The city’s departments, branches and sectors are responsible for developing complete internal procedures and electronic procedures for all administrative procedures announced in their assigned fields. Technical configuration and testing of electronic procedures on the city’s administrative procedure settlement information system must be completed by July 25, 2025.
