In addition, for the upcoming holiday of April 30, two key aviation projects, including Terminal T3 (Tan Son Nhat International Airport) and the Runway Project Component 3 (Long Thanh International Airport), also aim to be completed as scheduled.

Accordingly, the four component projects targeting completion by April 30, 2025, include the Bai Vot-Ham Nghi section (35.28 kilometres), the Ham Nghi-Vung Ang section (54.2 kilometres), the Bung-Van Ninh section (49 kilometres), and the Van Phong-Nha Trang section (83 kilometres). Currently, the Bai Vot-Ham Nghi project is 67.1% complete, Ham Nghi-Vung Ang is 72.5%, Bung-Van Ninh is 68.7%, and Van Phong-Nha Trang is 83.6% complete.

The Department of Construction Investment Management (under the Ministry of Transport) evaluated that while some projects (including Bai Vot-Ham Nghi and Ham Nghi-Vung Ang) aim to be completed earlier by April 30, 2025, they have not yet finished the load-bearing work, making it difficult to complete these projects on time.

The Ministry of Transport has required investors and contractors not to be complacent when constructing the main sections, particularly paying attention to the quality of the project, and not to compromise quality for the sake of progress.
