The art programme attracted a large number of officials, local residents, and tourists.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of Mang Den Culture–Tourism Week, Vice Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee Y Ngoc affirmed that Mang Den is considered a green paradise, a place where earth and sky converge. Quang Ngai Culture–Tourism Week 2026 honours natural values, spreads distinctive traditional culture, and introduces the finest local products amid the great forest.
With the theme “Mang Den – Pink Colours Amid the Great Forest”, Quang Ngai Province wants to convey a message of strong revival and radiant beauty of this land, while also expressing the hope that tourism in Mang Den in particular and Quang Ngai Province in general will make a breakthrough, becoming a bright spot on the national and international tourism map.
In 2025, Mang Den eco-tourism was one of Viet Nam’s attractive destinations, welcoming more than 1.8 million visitors out of the total 5 million visitors to Quang Ngai Province, making an important contribution to the province’s total tourism revenue of more than 3,700 billion VND.
Entering 2026, Mang Den eco-tourism is set to become a connecting and converging hub within the “Forest–Sea” linkage chain of the new Quang Ngai Province. Together with Ly Son island tourism, Mang Den eco-tourism, under the national tourism system planning, along with investment resources and special policy mechanisms from the Central level, will serve as a “lever” to drive Quang Ngai’s tourism sector towards breakthroughs and sustainable development in the new period.
The art programme “Mang Den – Pink Colours Amid the Great Forest" was carefully produced, harmoniously blending modern music with the distinctive traditional culture of the Central Highlands’ mountains and forests. Unique, cultural identity-rich art performances with the participation of professional singers, bands, and artists created a vibrant and colourful New Year resonance.
Mang Den Culture–Tourism Week features a series of cultural and artistic programmes such as "Pink Colours Amid the Great Forest"; New Year fireworks; a hot air balloon festival flying over the flower season; the art programme “Mang Den – A New Day”; a cuisine and OCOP fair; and a Mang Den agricultural and medicinal products market.
These distinctive programmes and activities contribute to stimulating domestic tourism demand and gradually realising the goal of making tourism an important economic sector of Quang Ngai Province.
