To mark the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947–2025), the Ministry of Public Security in coordination with Vietnam Television organised a special art programme titled “Keeping the Oath – The Epic from the Origin” at the Central Police Department Historical Site, Minh Thanh Commune, Tuyen Quang Province, on the evening of July 20.
Speaking at the programme, General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member and Minister of Public Security, emphasised that the Party, state, people, and the People’s Public Security force always remember and are grateful for the great contributions of heroic martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers, and people with revolutionary contributions in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
The art programme is a promise of the entire People's Public Security force before the souls of heroic martyrs and predecessors, to continuously promote traditions, maintain security and order, provide a stable environment, and contribute with the entire Party, people, and army to build a prosperous, strong, democratic, equitable, and civilised Viet Nam.
The art programme highlighted historical values from the war zone during the years of resistance against the Frenchcolonialists to generations of People’s Public Security officers and soldiers who have devoted and sacrificed for independence, freedom, reunification, and to preserve a peaceful life.
The programme featured special art performances with the participation of actors from the People’s Public Security art troupes and other art units.
