The honoured goods and services were selected from a survey conducted by the VCPA over the past year.

This annual survey supports the campaigns "Vietnamese People Prioritise Using Vietnamese Goods" and "Viet Nam Consumer Rights Day".

It assesses consumer preference and trust levels towards goods and services provided by businesses, organisations, producers, traders, and service providers operating legally in Viet Nam.

The initiative aims to leverage consumer opinions to encourage businesses to engage in fair competition, fostering a market of reputable, high-quality, transparent, and safe goods and services for Vietnamese consumers.

Additionally, the survey contributes to the ongoing efforts to combat the production and sale of counterfeit or substandard goods.

Survey results are assessed based on various criteria, including: quality; accuracy and completeness of product information, ensuring consumer rights and safety; competitive and reasonable pricing; customer service and care; effective complaint resolution and compensation; and attractive designs preferred by consumers

The surveyed products span five sectors: beverages, spices, healthcare foods, foodstuffs, and industrial products.

This year’s survey was conducted via the VCPA’s consumer app and electronic information portal (nguoitieudung.org.vn), with participation from 11,277 consumers - a 10% increase compared to 2023.
