Speaking at the launching ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Quang Hung, Director of Logistics and Technical Affairs of the Viet Nam Coast Guard, affirmed that through practical operation, TT-400 high-speed patrol vessels have proved their technical and tactical capabilities, effectively carrying out the tasks of managing and safeguarding national sovereignty over seas and islands.
“The implementation of the project to build the 12th TT-400 high-speed patrol vessel demonstrates the attention and investment of the Party, the State, and the Ministry of National Defence to the Viet Nam Coast Guard, while also affirming the superiority of this class of vessel,” Colonel Nguyen Quang Hung emphasised.
The Director of Logistics and Technical Affairs of the Viet Nam Coast Guard highly appreciated the efforts and careful preparations made by Song Thu Corporation, as well as the close coordination among the functional agencies of the Coast Guard, the Naval Engineering Institute, the Naval Registry Office, and the supervision consultancy unit.
