The Viet Nam Odonto-Stomatology Association, in collaboration with the Asia Pacific Dental Federation (APDF), the National Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology Ha Noi, and the FDI World Dental Federation, will organise the 47th Asia-Pacific Dental Congress and the 2nd Ha Noi International Dental Exhibition & Congress (HAIDEC 2026) (APDC – HAIDEC 2026) from May 12 to 14 at the VinPalace Convention Centre in Dong Hoi, Dong Anh District, Ha Noi.
This marks the first time an Asia-Pacific dental conference has been held in Viet Nam, bringing together leading experts, scientists, and dental practitioners from across the country and around the world to exchange knowledge and update the latest trends in dentistry.
Ahead of the main conference, three in-depth sessions will focus on dental implants, orthodontics, and aesthetic prosthodontics.
The official scientific programme will feature nearly 80 specialised reports, scientific studies, and clinical updates presented by more than 60 leading experts from Viet Nam and abroad, representing nearly 20 countries and territories.
The E-Poster scientific forum will showcase 18 research presentations by dental professionals from various countries.
The international dental exhibition will include nearly 400 booths from multinational corporations and enterprises, displaying the most advanced dental equipment, technologies, and materials currently available.
In addition to its extensive scientific programme, the conference will also host official meetings of the Asia Pacific Dental Federation from May 8 to 11.
The event is expected to attract more than 5,000 delegates, making it one of the largest dental conferences ever held in Viet Nam. It will contribute to enhancing the international standing of the country’s dental sector, serving as a solid academic platform to connect the scientific community, offering rich professional experiences, inspiring innovation, and promoting high-quality oral healthcare for the public.
